I will support you throughout your pregnancy with in-person or online birth preparation sessions.
The sessions vary and are tailored to the needs of each couple, but generally include topics such as breastfeeding, pain relief during labor, creating a birth plan, postpartum mother and baby care, babywearing, and many other essential subjects!
After childbirth, I also provide in-home follow-up care,with respectful consideration of your choices. This includes a complete physical exam of both mother and baby, baby's weight measurement, newborn screening test (heel prick test), and treatment of cesarean section or perineal wounds, if necessary, with laser therapy. As an international lactation consultant, I offer ongoing breastfeeding support and laser treatment for nipple wounds.
