Labor at home

Monitoring labor at home and transfer to hospital, in the active phase of labor (5 cm dilation).

Monitoring during labor is carried out with all safety conditions (material, equipment and emergency medication) recommended by the WHO, international guidelines and the Portuguese association of obstetric nurses.

Non-pharmacological pain relief strategies are provided.

The presence of the obstetric nurse during childbirth and the immediate postpartum period may continue during the hospital stay (only as a companion).
